In accordance with College Values, teamwork is held in high regard with a spirit of cooperation in order to fulfil the College vision.
Within this context, the staff authority structure is as follows:
Vice Principal / Head Teacher
Teaching and Administrative Staff
* Teacher Aides are assigned to work with a specific teacher and are accountable to that teacher for their work, under the overall authority of the Head Teacher and Principal
* Administrative Staff currently consists of a Secretary and Book-keeper
* All cleaning and grounds work is currently performed by volunteers, answerable to the Principal
