Dear Parents,

Because there are so many Monday holidays through the year, lessons scheduled on that day are lost. This creates difficulties in student work programs. To remedy this, we have developed a schedule (attached).

Our program now runs on day numbers.
Day 1 - (normally Monday) - Assembly
Day 2 - (normally Tuesday) - Primary sports
Day 3 - (normally Wednesday) - Secondary sports
Day 4 - (normally Thursday)
Day 5 - (normally Friday) - Primary and Secondary sports

On each week where there is a public holiday, a different day of the week will take turns at being dropped.

This week will run:
Wednesday - Day 3 - Secondary Sports
Thursday - Day 1 - Assembly
Friday - Day 2 - Primary Sports

If you follow the schedule through, you should be able to mark your calendar as needed.

Secondary students will already be familiar with this schedule, as they were introduced to it at the beginning of the year.

We will be providing twitter and facebook updates as a reminder. (Please see me if you'd like to know how to get these updates as an sms on your phone).

This Wednesday school will run the program that is normally on Wednesdays. It is Thursday and Friday that will be different.
