Classroom Open Night

Dear Parents,

After a full semester, your children are ready to show off samples of their work at our Classroom Open Night this Wednesday from 7 to 8pm.

This is an informal evening where you have the opportunity to browse through the classrooms and appreciate your child’s effort at school.

I always like visiting the Prep and Year 1 rooms to see all the artwork that they have done. In some parts it feels like walking through an art-work jungle with a variety of pieces hanging from the ceiling.

The Year 4-7 class have been busy with themes such as “Bridge-Building”, “Healthy Eating” and “The Life and Times of Jesus”. I am really looking forward to see what they have in store for us.

Year 8-12 students will have their work out on display as well, giving us the opportunity to view the interesting pieces of work that they have been doing.

Another important aspect of the evening is the social side of things around dessert/supper. Don’t eat too much before you leave home and come ready for a cup of tea with friends. You are welcome to bring food to share as well.

Please make every effort to come and share this occasion.

Warmest regards in Christ Jesus,

Michael Appleton
