Marc Erbsleben from Focus on the Family Australia is offering a practical seminar, “Principles of Parenting” hosted by Central Queensland Christian College. This 90 minute session will inspire, encourage and equip participants in a range of areas.

"Principles of Parenting" will cover topics such as:

• Parenting Styles
• Communication
• Healthy Emotions
• Stress
• Correction and Boundaries
• Important Relationships

Parents experience many challenges and highlights in parenting. This seminar aims to help them understand they can be confident parents and that confident parenting helps build confident kids.

Where: Central Queensland Christian College
When: Monday the 19th of April.
Time: 7:00pm.
Cost: $10:00 per ticket
Light supper, tea and coffee provided.

We are asking people to purchase tickets because we need to know attendance numbers to ensure the venue is suitable. Should a larger venue be required, we will notify participants ahead of time. It will also assist in covering the cost of the evening.

Tickets are available by phoning the College office on 4921 0580 between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

For some years I have wanted to bring this kind of seminar to the school. I consider this a special event that is well worth-while attending. Parenting is an area where we can all learn something. Please come and join with us in receiving Marc Erbsleben on this special occasion.
